Yes, but please use a mandolin guard if you're slicing with a mandolin. Don't try to be a hero with that last bit of the tater. (Giving you advice I tell myself every time I get out the fingertip cutteroffer)

Yesterday I started a pot of beans, (a few pinto, red, split pea, black eye, seasoning) adding water & getting close to dipping.
I cut corn torts, deep fry, drain, season.
Recently had the best hand-made chips at this hole-in-the-wall bar. Hand sliced to perfection, fried in a bit of olive oil with just a hint of a Greek seasoning. They were amazing!
