SOMEONE at X decided THIS WEEK to un-ban multiple neo-Nazi accts. One is called "HateClubx". Another is Chris Polhaus, a neo-Nazi who organized marches in Springfield.
Who do you think had authority to UN-BAN NAZIS? WHO?
However tossing around cute memes like this that the actual far right use to defend their untenable position is pretty much the equivalent. By masking the actual Nazis you give them cover to pretend they aren't even tho they do and say the same things.
The word just loses its power when it is used to describe every Republican president or presidential candidate since Bush Jr. Bush Jr, Romney,McCain and Trump can’t all be Nazis. Will JD Vance also be a Nazi? The word is losing its power.
You don't think putting photos of immigrants up at rallies and asking the crowd "do these look like the kind of people you want in your neighborhood?" Calling them vermin, talking about how they bring diseases and steal your money and your jobs it at all reminiscent of the platform Adolf ran on?
Do you have any idea how many people literally told me "the proud boys/oath keepers won't get violent." In 2020? I was told I was overreacting, just a Trump hater, ridiculous, and divisive. I was Trump would NEVER endorse violence and would allow the election to go through peacefully.
Oh no, all of that is exactly true. He said every one of those things and literally quoted from Hitler as well as several paraphrases.
What got him elected is people who agree with his hate and racism along with people who defend it and tell everyone they're "overreacting" and abusing the term.
Exact. We collectively need to put our fears on hold until we've cleaned up this mess. We've nothing to fear but fear itself. W

CORRECT.
FCK ALL the insecure, small-d*cked nazis in ameriKKKa... and FCK ALL their insecure, small-d*cked fathers & grandfathers who made them the evil, insecure, little d*ckwad nazis they are.
The problem to me was the Democratic leadership’s mixed message. The kept calling the GOP Nazis, but at the same time kept working with them, and negotiating with them like they were moral and honorable people. Biden should have walked out of the inaugural speech, instead he sat there respectfully.
As long as the Democratic leadership talks about their willingness to “work with” the regime in ANY way, we will lose. Anytime a Dem votes with the fascists, we lose. See Laken Riley Act. We need more AOC/Michele Obama and less Dick Durbin/Barak Obama.
Americans are either suffering from Trumpnesia. They are in Denial or They’re in a coma. He’s dismantling the government piece by piece and no one seems to give a shit.
Well, 3 million federal employees now if you all protest it and took it to the streets, something might actually change. At what point do any of us fight back like they just did in south Korea?
Good points. I can say, as a fed union president, that federal unions have mobilized and joined forces in a completely unprecedented way. My local is showing up on Capital Hill, talking to the press, meeting up with other fed unions, which is 100% new.
Many Americans, & a section of federal workers, are learning they fucked around, & now they are finding out. I am rebutting the statement "no one cares." The majority of feds went into govt service to make a difference--regardless of party affiliation. We know the unseen work of the US govt.
Of course many people care. I’m just angry at the ones that didn’t vote and I’m angry at MAGA that we’re tribal rather than getting informed and realizing that the real elites are the Trump buddy billionaires.
It’s weird that Nazis are proud of being Nazis, but they don’t want to be called Nazis. This indicates they know it’s bad, but they want to be a Nazi anyway. WTF? Stupid Nazi scum.
Fuck the Nazis and fuck the Fascist MAGA Republican scumbags that have brought them back into the world. That’s even worse! They’ve seen and heard about everything the Nazi’s have done to this world and decided they want to be just like them…OR WORSE!
After learning some of my friends from school have veered to the r/w leaning world, those who live within a mile of me, get a generic happy birthday FB post & a nod of the head if in public.
Sentimentality is why we’ll lose. They need to be repudiated & know why.
Feck the fascists.
Thanks, but it’s a pub in a village of app. 3,500. The drinking gen is dwindling. I fear toe-dipping in oligucky sludgial media is how to reach the locals. Here on our part of the planet, the commie-unity has not yet infiltrated my ability to post details of our fortnightly Bingo nights.

They seem to see them everywhere.
Nazis were members of the National Socialist Party of Germany in the 1920s-1940s.
Unless a person was a member of that party during that time, they are not a Nazi.

But sure, he just made an awkward gesture.
I’ll call it a Nazi.

I reserve the term for the people who actually use the language and tropes that the Nazis used. Or ones that endorse or sympathize with actual Nazis.

Hey’s a Nazi
Wouldn’t you like to punch a Nazi, too?
However I'm sure his supporters didn't expect that
Rest, recover, figure out why we lost, fix it, get back to it.
