Not talking about quotas or hiring of unqualified people (why would one? )Talking about race and gender conscious hiring which can have absolutely legit objectives in fields like healthcare. Or can simply be done to meet diversity objectives handed down from above. A real thing in my field.

The other thing about your video is that you describe DEI as basically a mindset a very good mindset, but nevertheless, how do you specifically define diversity equity inclusion in a way that can be practically actualized among employees in a workplace?
