Today I was asked about abortion on Facebook. I thought I would post my response. Agree or disagree with my answer and tone?

That’s pretty much Roe, Casey and their progeny say. The analysis the Court used in those cases to determine at what point a pregnancy cannot be terminated is essentially what Schwab wrote. It’s not an easy line to draw but it was working

Aside: You can't take organs from a corpse unless the person made allowance for that before death. Which means *corpses* have more bodily autonomy than women in several states.

Give women the power and tools to control what happens with their bodies.

My answer is this: it’s between the person who is pregnant and their doctor. Period. No one else’s opinion, views, values, morals, or judgment matters.

Abortion should be an option. For anyone who doesn’t approve, don’t have one. Simple as that.
