Must be a nightmare, because my understanding is that you can't just eat food without gluten, it has to be cooked in a way to avoid any possible contamination too?!

It's too complicated even for the experts. I had an argument with an allergy specialist about milk left on the steam wand in Costa 😂 I said I didn't worry. He didn't understand that ppm is a ratio and while oat milk can contain 1% wheat, my estimate still brings it low. Need to drink Costa 4 days 😂

Cow Lactose Int, I'm told, is widespread in parts of far east, as they've never become accustomed to cows milk. Barmy what we eat really when you think about it. Fish eggs, in beer! 😂
I'm a fan of a decent black coffee. Best treat I got last year was a semi auto Sage machine. I can piddle around if I like in manual mode when I've time or just pull the lever and whack it on in a rush. £20/month for decent beans tho too
