My bro came round with Hatherley's The Alienation Effect:how central European émigrés transformed the British Twentieth Century & I am hugely enjoying it. A great read, already and helps focus me on meanings of KIng's Cross as part of the abandonment/trashing of the post-WW2 civilisation.
