The case is a matter of life and death for trans youth.

It will also mark the first time an out trans lawyer has argued before SCOTUS. All power to Chase Strangio, who is an incredible lawyer.

And just for the record, this is as plain violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment as it gets.

This case should be a no-brainer, but because Trump packed the Court, it carries with it the potential of disaster.
