Evil is worse. They want a very specific bad outcome and will be diligent about achieving it. Stupid can end up with bad outcomes too, but has an equal chance to end up with just dysfunction and chaos.

I would say Bondi is not incompetent. She is a walking political conflict and not independent at all. Which is bad. Marco Rubio also is qualified. Outside of that, the rest of the clown car will drive off a cliff.
