Yeah, she didn't like the Trump DOJ arguments AT ALL. This was about irreversible harm.

The Appointments clause is a winning argument that could end Musk's reign.

That's why Trump's DOJ is now claiming that Musk isn't in charge of DOGE, even though Trump, Musk and an EO says otherwise.
