Pronomos Capital—backed by Peter Thiel, Marc Andreessen, & Nate Fischer—supports the construction of crypto-based charter cities. The Pronomos website lists its projects—including Prospera—& links to a substack, which says that “Próspera could be a multi-jurisdictional ‘network state’” by 2040. 1/
