The only appropriate response to this is impeachment and removal from office. Every moment the political press spends spinning out theories about 2026 and immigration polling is a minute they are not spending asking Republicans in Congress about their plans to enforce the rule of law

The courts are doing their jobs. Those responsible for actual following those orders aren’t. Who is actually holding them in contempt? Who is actually stopping them from doing illegal things? Not the DOJ. That’s for goddamn sure.

It also doesn’t help that boasberg waited forever to say he found “probable cause”. Bitch, they defied the order. Now they’re on national television saying the 9-0 scotus verdict was in THEIR favor and flat out lying about what the judgement was. Nobody is doing anything.

Not sure of your background but as a retired attorney I can’t fault the court for their deliberate and methodical approach. It would be counter productive to rule w/o a solid record. There’s a reason I never sought a judgeship. I have zero judicial temperament. I would have them all in chains
