I’m not saying change isn’t needed. It was needed a decade ago and ignored. Now the corporation is crying bankruptcy all of a sudden to take rights away from its workforce. That is not right.

At the end of the day it is the workers of CP that want it to succeed the most, it's been painful watching the executive run the company into the ground, hiding the true costs of there poor decisions and policy's in general financial statements blaming everyone but themselves.
I just wrote solutions. That have been bandied about for over a decade.
Here’s another; get rid of American delivery companies. Write a law that Canada post is the ONLY delivery company, especially since we’re the last touch for millions of locations.
I don’t know how many times I have to say I know it needs to change. But I’ll repeat it one more time, not at the expense of its workers.
Do we ask schools to balance their books, fire departments, police stations, hospitals???
