Call me a NIMBY, I don’t care,
But if U buying house around my way New Forest, that 90% have now miraculously got planning permission for solely luxury homes on premise of affordable, & buy new house here built on a flood plain overflow for river Avon that DOES flood, good luck ŵ home insurance👍
