Why do you never change a formation when it’s obviously not working? Why do you not respond to opponent’s multiple substitutions and formation changes even to the extent of just changing ‘like for like’ ten minutes later? What do you 3 on the touchline talk about because you never change anything?

Why do we never cross the ball into the box when our centre forward is on the pitch? A centre forward who would thrive on being able to do his best work in the box. Why can't our fullbacks overlap our "wide" players? Why are we worse this season with a better squad? Does he accept any responsibility
