What I'm curious about is how they are paying for International SMS. It's expensive to use a Philippine SIM Card for that.
I pity the people who sold their identity to get those SIMs registered. Unless they figured out a way to enter real fake information. (Our registration requires verification.)

+63 is the Philippines. But here in the Philippines, we get that same scam too with a US or Afghanistan number.
