For a few times this was me. It's daughting at first but once you're there you'll have the time of your life. If you're bored don't sit in your room go to a panel, fursuit, or dance at the DJ sets. You'll meet new people and have so much fun!

I mean… When I attend conventions, I often offer to accompany others and adjust my schedule to fit theirs so they don't have to feel alone. I find it much more enjoyable to spend the convention with other people rather than by myself. I'm typically never alone. I'm usually with someone.

Definitely. like if comes down to being alone at the con it is what it is just really nervous about it. I should be fine and hopefully meet mutuals and all. I’m already alone a lot so it wouldn’t be new hehe 😅

GFM 23 was my first furcon and first overall con. I was alone and knew none but my suit maker and a suit sibling, who I met there for the first time
I had a great time there regardless

Definitely still excited for the cons I’m going to just like worried that going alone because of all things I see about how overwhelming they can be and how bringing friends to it can help. Still excited but still will hopefully be able to meet mutuals.
