Could be that since the Merit Promotion Service Board Appeal process is not completed yet, they do not have legal standing to sue until that is concluded.

Trump had pretty much eliminated everyone from any position which might oppose him in the future and replaced them with his loyal minions. He did that immediately upon taking office and continues it on a daily basis. Right now the loyal Republican “bench” is pretty deep.
Cold hearted private sector employers now get to ask: Why were you fired from your last job? Why do you have a bad credit rating (because of student debts)? They will use it to justify paying you less than you are worth because you won't have a lot of cards to play.
When a government of the People, for the People, and by the People turns against the People, it's name is tyranny. We the People have a duty & an obligation to exercise our Rights & Liberty to overthrow those traitors, & abolish their tyranny by any means necessary. Revolution is the solution.
