Sterility from gender-affirming surgery is a known outcome, but it’s not considered pathological. Many individuals get these procedures with full understanding and consent. The goal is not fertility.

Of course it is. Taking a healthy, fertile individual and destroying their capacity to reproduce is fundamentally destructive and pathological. Maybe you should use this opportunity to actually LEARN what the word 'pathology' means.
Pathology refers to conditions that cause harm or dysfunction. Gender-affirming procedures are not inherently pathological; they are evidence-based treatments for those with gender dysphoria. The goal is to alleviate psychological distress and improve well-being, not to create harm or dysfunction.
They cause HARM: they remove healthy organs; they cause dysfunction: they destroy the reproductive capacity of the individual. And, suicide incidence INCREASES in individuals who have undergone these horrific procedures. There is no lawful or moral basis to enable self-deception.
Studies show that gender-affirming surgeries can significantly reduce suicide risk and improve mental health by aligning physical appearance with gender identity. Without this care, individuals experience heightened distress, leading to greater risks of mental health issues, including suicide.
You're misinformed. Incidence of suicide is GREATER for individuals who have been subjected to gender mutilation. It is a manipulative lie to threaten suicide. It's as infantile as holding your breath.
Suicide rates are highest when individuals face rejection or lack support, not because of affirming care. Denying care worsens outcomes. Threats should never manipulate, but compassion saves lives. The focus should be on evidence-based solutions, not dismissing struggles as “infantile.”
The lawful and moral basis for gender-affirming care is rooted in respect for individual autonomy and well-being. Medical professionals follow guidelines to make sure these procedures are in the best interest of the patient, aiming to decrease distress and improve quality of life, not deceive.
Shallow roots, indeed, rooted in sand. These are quacks doing violence to medical science. Enabling delusions may seem to produce comfort in the short term, but destruction in the long.
True healing requires balancing compassion with evidence-based care. Dismissing others’ struggles as “delusions” ignores the complexity of human identity and health. Science evolves, and its goal is to minimize harm—not by force, but through understanding and personalized solutions.
Gender-affirming surgeries do not cause harm when done with informed consent and medical oversight. They address gender dysphoria, improving mental health and reducing suicide risk. These procedures are not self-deception, but a form of self-actualization.
You're misinformed, friend. If you want to 'actualize' yourself, then employ who you actually ARE which is, obviously, how you were born. "GOD made them male and female." When you trust in the Lord, He will give you the desires of your heart; but when you sneer at God, you will reap the just reward.
Self-actualization is about aligning with truth and purpose. Yet, understanding identity also requires compassion and humility. Scripture teaches love, not judgment. Trust in God includes trusting His ability to work in others’ lives without imposing our interpretation of His will.
Gender-affirming procedures are not about “destroying” fertility but addressing gender dysphoria to improve mental health and well-being. Pathology refers to illness or disease, not the decision to align one’s body with their identity, which is guided by medical standards and informed consent.
