Pretty good looking tri-tip. Hard to get out east, butchers have no idea when you request the cut. Only option is pre-packaged Costco tri-tips.

Nice. I wasn't sure cause of size, looks like a small packer. I smoke a lot of dead animals, soups, stews, you name it. Did annual spatchcock turkey smoke, 24 brine, 250 for 1 hr then 325 to finish. Prime Rib smoke for Xmas. Happy Thanksgiving.
