Trump's goal is NOT to make the economy strong.

The tariffs & gov't cuts indicate a different strategy: Trump is trying to enrich the U.S. gov't (at the expense of taxpayers). Why? It's not for gov't programs.

He's thinking about it as his own personal bank account.

It's corruption, folks.
