considering poll results, we're actually obscenely close to it being the other way around!
God bless the land of poverty, obesity, minority suppression and gun violence <3
even in the bad it is still a land of opportunity, hope and the ability to change, and trump cant take that away from us! so get out there and vote for the america you want
I don't really understand, is the picture stating that by voting, women are able to have free will and become who they want? Or is it my h more complex? Or am I overthinking this?
I believe it's stating that by murdering Palestinian babies, American women can be free for now but nothing will be put into law so it's all up for grabs again in four years. Except the Palestinian babies of course, they will be irreversably dead.
It will blow your mind. When it was written it was almost science fiction. Now we’re living it.
For perspective—I read it in the 1990s when we Texans had elected a democrat as governor—Ann Richards. Texas ratified the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) in 1972—the year before I was born
There was never a biological sex requirement to vote in my country, there was a property ownership requirement to vote and later there was a draft requirement of which had a biological sex requirement to draft. Nobody fought for women to get drafted.
It's really telling how conservatives are reacting to the ad suggesting women lie to their husbands and vote Harris. They aren't saying "That doesn't happen." They're saying it would be a betrayal. If your domineering husband demands you vote Trump, that's motivated by fear, not loyalty.
Not shocked. I talked to a "Christian" conservative online recently, who blamed women when they are assaulted, even murdered, by male partners: "They should have chosen better men."
These men, who often fail up, fear competition and push the message that women are meant to serve them instead.
Please, you strong American people, stand up for your democracy, don’t let that nasty old orange blob that has hurt and abused so many people in his own life sit in the most powerful position in the world just to destroy everything that makes America great.
Brave self-respecting American Women casting off their cloaks of servitude in favor of the freedom to choose their own destinies, their own healthcare choices, & reproductive freedoms, while other women would prefer to continue to be exploited & abused by their selfish & arrogant male counterparts!
