Bench w/ Basic Incline
Chest-Incline-Shoulder Press
Leg Curl-Extension
Treadmill w/ Basic Incline

Medicine Balls (Up to 16lbs)
Basic Rowing Machine
Pull Day (Arms, Back)
Push Day (Chest, Shoulders)

I also try and sneak in some cardio when possible at the ends of workouts.
