This isn't a joke; it's very dangerous. If the president truly believes that "M-S-1-3" was tattooed above the symbols on Alrego Garcia's hand, then he will believe any photoshopped image presented to him by his trusted handlers is real. Trump's cognitive decline could get any—or all—of us killed.
