60k sounds like a pretty tame budget looking at what budgets other games aim for or work with.

these 60K CAD are basically contract works, QA, Localisation, marketing (PR, Trailers, etc)
actual game studios cost will be high esp. because salaries would be accounted for! not here
which is why I always say: DONT QUIT YOUR DAY JOB to make indie games, its too risky
