I need some advice from other VTubers who also struggle with their mental health. How do you manage? Does it get in the way of your VTubing? If it does, what do you do to cope with it? General stuff like that.

Streaming is, for me, a way for my mental health to be BETTER, because I'm actively interacting with people. It's so easy to be brooding and depressed alone, but when you're around others it just gets, at the very least, muted. I did burn out back then, but now I know how to handle it, so I'm fine.
