Of course but you know what will occur, those same agents would stir people up by saying their freedoms are being attacked. This is often seen in western countries because such agents rely on freedom of speech and movement to do their illegal/ degrading/ subversive work.

It was almost predictable that russians were behind those billboards. Italians are among the most susceptible to russian propaganda and the fact that no one in Italy took the initiative to investigate who or what was truly behind those ads speaks volumes.

Not to mention, several municipalities host pro-russian events in public spaces. Sometimes protests manage to cancel those permits, but other times they proceed regardless. This lack of scrutiny only highlights the depth of the issue.
