Yet, the regulation is considering these updates as a "recall".
EVs have very little problems bc their maintenance is close to none.
Tesla model of cars are fixed mainly through OTA action, updates are sent very often like smartphones.
While other manufacturers would need assistance in a repair shop and not OTA.
That might twist the numbers here?
