You must first prove that you have a prima facie case for asylum through a credible fear interview

By showing you fit into one of the designated categories for which asylum is granted and your claim could be successful

Then you start a long, arduous process to determine if you ultimately qualify

How is that done when they lack ID and their home country has no record of them? It’s hard to sift through propaganda from both sides, but it sounds like they’re granted asylum with little vetting. In some cases, it also seems they take children from parents and exploit our rules.

Marc Elias has an organization that does tremendous work. He has a large group. Trump filed 60+ suits claiming he won the election of 2020. He lost every case. Look up Marc (especially if you are a lawyer, paralegal, etc, he could use you.) He's why Guliani is bankrupt & disbarred.

There is no way to carry out the deportation process on day one. They would have a difficult time just rounding people up, which they would have to house, feed, and give medical care to.

To Mexico? Yeah I’d imagine they’d wash their hands of it.
Private prisons would be housing with sketchy food and medical, but those are already probably full.
