Yesterday I started studying how our IQ is how we enter into our relationships, and our EQ is how we end them. I am always so amazed how accurate this system is.

I agree about accuracy! It is dumbfounding to me sometimes. I hadn't heard that about IQ vs. EQ. That is really cool.

Totally agree. The more i interact in business, the more I realize it’s the exact same dynamics of relationships. And “relationships” are a fractal of my relationship with reality itself.

Embracing the shadow with self compassion and love is a true key to our evolution. I’m also deeply involved in the 5Rhythms and shadow work is big in that practice as well. Our shadow gives us form to find ourselves in the light.

Haven't heard of 5Rhythms! Definitely, compassion / forgiveness (or just the pure frequency of love) are ways through the shadow. I love the coherence of seeing a dynamic on a spectrum. I.e. everything can be serving or non-serving.

Whenever I read the shadow it helps facilitate this compassion.

Do you mean the prosperity vortex? Lifes work, vocation, culture, pearl? I've spent a lot of time both contemplating this and trying to solve it like a puzzle. I love how the relationships between the keys brings new iterative understandings. It is kinda like a vortex.

3 more spheres (dark blue pictured) make it a mercaba called the star pearl. I think Richard said 20 different 3-sphere triangles can be made. For some reason the trifecta really appeals to me.

The three newer spheres are Creativity on the left, Relating on the right and Stability at the bottom.

Now I see clearly the shadows and when I’m responding to life to life from there. I embrace it and sometimes smile. Other times I just give it awareness. It’s lurking 👀

Awesome! It's such a key skill to recognize where you're responding to life from. I definitely don't always smile haha. (but I'm a consciousness perfectionist sometimes)
