A year ago, my endocrinologist told me I needed to have surgery.

When I had mono, Dr1 put me on antibiotics, which of course didn't do anything for mono, a virus. By the time that course was done, I basically couldn't swallow.
Dr2: wow, this is impressive, I've never seen anyone let it get this bad before - every lymph node in your body is swollen!
