Do any devs use GUIs to generate and manage their SSH key pairs and SSH [client] configs EXTERNAL to password managers?

Which ones and what OS/platforms?

I ask here because I found one dev using one yesterday in a late-night pairing session, and I wondered what tools people use and find helpful.
