It's exceedingly difficult passing as a cisgender person in my deeply transphobic workplace, because everyone says I have a good head on my shoulders, but if they all knew I was non-binary trans, they'd find ways to get me fired or immediately stop talking to me.

Trans ppl always show up for other causes and people, in my experience. Trans women went with me to repro rallies even though it's not their concern, because they understand bodily autonomy. Het trans folks show up for lgbtq+ things even when the community doesn't show up for them as much. Etc.
