I don't know how I can justify spending that much on any one game, and I don't know how any one game can justify asking that much, it's pushing well into the realms of the unaffordable for many, so assuming I did play it, how would I in good conscience recommend a game that pricey to my audience?

As a creator that has the disposable income to enjoy such luxuries you don't have to put a price on the art that you consume and enjoy. You can say that it is expensive, AND that it is good. I couldn't possibly buy Saturn Devouring His Son, but I can certainly enjoy it.

I would argue that just because you have the spare money, you shouldn't spend it on a luxury. I mean, Casey can buy 2 games each at 1/3rd of the price and still have money left over to save and still gush over both games rather than give all that to 1 game that she doesn't feel comfortable with.

I mean, she says "how can I in good conscious recommend this to my audience?" which to me reads as being uncomfortable with the price of the game and that if she likes it or even loves it, it's going to be "well I love this game, but it's very pricy" when she usually recommends cheaper games.

At a time where the buyers of these games have less money to spend on them, charging more is the exact opposite of what these stupid fucking companies should be doing. A lot of jobs will be lost for the incompetence of a wealthy, undeserving few.
