I suspect this has been his tactis in the past, deliberately causing wild swings in markets, particular stocks, or memecoins to profit.

I really thought that's what it must be this time.

Yes, I think you're right. It's just constantly amazing how deep that irrationality and stupidity goes though. I always expect to find some limit. Or at least a limit in the people around him (as with the first term, where they would keep bringing him back from the brink).
