Yes I’ve been going to grinnel glacier in glacial national park every few years to see how much ice we’ve lost! It’s a special place and soon temps will be to warm to support glaciers there.

The Indian subcontinent is most assuredly doomed due to the dual threat of glacier loss and rising sea levels. The loss of glacial headwaters for major rivers and increasingly severe monsoonal flooding will precipitate a runaway humanitarian disaster and ever larger numbers of climate refugees.
