By IHC it is diffusely CD34-pos, shows strong nuclear WT1, and contains scattered desmin-pos cells. This is a superficial CD34-positive fibroblastic tumor. Very low grade tumor, often with PRDM10 fusions. Jody Carter, now in Edmonton, wrote this paper. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23887307/

No one quite knows why they show nuclear WT1, but it is very helpful. CADM3 expression is more specific but no one has the antibody. They often contain scattered keratin, or less often Desmin-positive cells. The Brigham group wrote a nice big series. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35713642/
