Heavy fan to the face, dynamic mic so it doesnt get heard too much, heavy hydration, keeping a towel on oneself for drying, DRINKING A LOT, showering cold twice a day, taking some fresh air at night 🙂‍↕️

Usually, I do two in completely opposite end corners do okay when pointed up, Heat rises so it usually is good to have them up and air flows in a circle. Gotta love science I learned once Lol

Put cold water in the bath. Cools the surrounding air, n stepping in to cool your feet periodically can help💧
