My family is insured by United Healthcare. In 2021 it took 9 months for them to agree to cover my daughter's medical bills when she was hit by a car in a crosswalk, breaking her collarbone & knocking out her front teeth.

They said it should be covered by our auto insurance, but we don't own a car.
