Can someone explain to me how the Republicans who voted with Democrats to oust McCarthy aren't 'working with the Dems,' but McCarthy agreeing to a placid & uninflammatory CR to keep the US Government open is?

In both cases, both sides of the Republican party are...voting with Dems, right? #USPoli
