Next Oc: Johnny

Johnny is part of the custom race I made for my fallout rp world aptly named "Catclaws" He's the biggest of their race, being a staggering 15 feet tall! Normally they only grow to 7-8 ft tall but grow the more radiation they absorb (But it shortens their life span)
