I leverage the phenomenon that students write more on Google slides than docs.
I have some ideas why.
My experiences tell me on a doc it’s “I don’t know what to write”
But if I give them the same prompts, sentence stems etc but on slides, the words spill out of their fingertips it’s beautiful.

A slides is also blank but they now it’s gonna include picture and they visualize the information that’s supposed to go on there and there’s multiple slides so it’s no big deal to write on the first one 🤷🏾♂️
Will def start trying and using text boxes in the space around the slides
We present the slides too, connect a computer to the projector, set the monitor to extend the screen, click on presenter view the whole 9 yards
