I found a 150 track suit top in my size on eBay and lowball bid. He refused so I’m waiting him out. Are those cheap thin nylon, like a shell or more like a proper track suit?

I’ve seen it worn in podcasts and it seems like normal track top material but the eBay photos made me wonder.
