No, it’s just correlative and my conclusion would be that it MIGHT lead to long COVID in some cases. Will require more work to establish causation. But definitely deserves attention and follow up!

I always appreciate a "A is correlated with B, but causation hasn't been established" disclaimer, especially in secondary sources, so the audience isn't just left letting their imagination run wild
There are instances where established causation won’t reach 100% consensus, but I agree that there is a tendency to leave things open ended where more skepticism is the more appropriate default
