That's a question for the union who should always have a succession plan in place and be making contingency plans for situations like this.
Do you know what has gone wrong, can you be sure the new person can fix it, and do you have the right people in place to do the analysis and make the right decisions.
The major disfunction is in the WRU, if I were in the WRU I’d advise to avoid early payoffs to Gatland and focus on fixing clubs and pathway.
