I have been trying to get a hold of customer service, and hoped this update would fix my issue. I can not install disc games anymore, and it keeps ejecting them. Or every 10 discs, it will not show up as being inserted. Then, upon a shut down and turn back on, it will let me install. Please advise.
I’ve now wasted 2 hours trying to find an alternative to connecting to wi-fi.
Wi-fi worked fine prior to 1.1.32 using Deco mesh network.
I tore apart my setup and nothing works - not connecting direct to Xfinity gateway, not hard wire to one of the Deco routers, not using PC as mobile hotspot.
I tried with my phone's WiFi hotspot, but that also didn't work, even when I have credit on my sim card. Any time I turn on the hotspot, it says my hotspot has no wifi. And I am using the Motorola Moto G 5 Plus, not an iPhone.
If your phone/service plan allows it, you can try setting your data to 4G. Alternatively, if you have the right connectors you can try a USB to Ethernet adapter. Connect the USB to your phone, plug the ethernet into your Polymega and make sure you enable ethernet tethering in your hotspot settings.
Is the update still available or was it taken down? My system is running 1.1.32. I appear to be successfully connected via phone hotspot over wireless (both wired LAN and home Wi-Fi do not work since updating to 1.1.32), have an IP address, but it's saying I'm running the latest version available
