Attention tends toward high and diverse volume. Social posts are usually brief, can be numerous and have a low barrier to entry. Anyone from you to the Emperor of Illusionland can post on socials and share work.

Blogs are longer, typically are longer than say an X post but still have a low bar to entry, it's just more effort to set up and maintain a blog. They score 5.
