That was another easy vote. The other side put up a puppet baseball player with lots of name recognition; I think a lot of us thought, oh he's still alive.
β52 Democratic lawmakersβincluding Reps. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), Henry Cuellar (D-Texas), and Ritchie Torres (D-N.Y.)βapparently did not share the grave concerns expressed by the ACLU and other leading rights groups, opting to vote alongside 204 Republicans in favor of the bill.β

Wish he hadn't voted for H.R. 9495 (I'm in his district & contacted his office multiple times encouraging him to vote no) He's good overall, but has a few areas where he's less progressive than I'd like
I am so happy to have voted for Adam Schiff and now he is a Senator. That is wonderful.ππππππππππππ
Congratulations to ALL Democrats winning their seats. I wish Kamala Harris and Tim Walz won too.
Adam Schiff, like his mentor* Nancy Pelosi, has a glaring fault the repubs notice, and it causes monumental problems. Take a seat and I'll explain, "he's very good at his job".
Iβll never forget the speech he made at the end of the first impeachment. He told them they would be tied to him for the rest of their lives. They will go down in history as traitors to our country.
Iβm on the fence about him. It worries me that he was so quick about posting about bipartisanship and reaching across the aisle when we know the other side wonβt. Iβm not ready for fake bipartisanship and always turning the other cheek.
I live in California and I'll never forgive him for what he did to Biden. So I hope somebody primaries him so I can vote against him. I don't trust him.
