best type of fanfiction is the ones that DONT give him a redemption arc but rather rewrite him entirely. i like how they set up niragi in the show dont get me wrong but the only way you can "redeem" him is not have him commit such actions -

either way i get red flags when someone makes deicisons on a char's morality based on looks. i think chishiya is super attractive and yap about it of course but i dont use that as the factor of how i view him and his actions. same for niragi; his actor is attractive, yes, but i dont like him
any more or hate him any less because of his appearance. its such a HUGE problem with those two specific chatrecyers in the aib fandom and it really bothers me that so many people excuse actions based on appearances or trauma within characters and even irl people.
none of this is read ovber so im prob losing track but yeah. niragi isnt the best written char and aib didnt tackle these problems in the best way but overall its 10x better than whatever viv did so i give it 9/10.
