It's all made with @skyfeed.app, which makes it pretty easy. It's mostly based on keywords ("Jet Lag: The Game") including some combinations like "jet lag" and "sam" in the same post etc.
Unfortunately you can't just match on "jet lag" or "jetlag" or the feed is all people talking about being tired from travel, but when I do see people who post about jltg they get added to a list that matches on some of those less complex terms
It also includes all posts from @adamchase.bsky.social @thewheatgerm.bsky.social and any accounts that just post about jet lag like, @jltgonmyphone.bsky.social and @dailysamdenby.bsky.social
