This is BULLSHIT! Trump is PAYING El Salvador to keep those prisoners for him! It's not 'foreign affairs' or a diplomatic negotiation, it's a Fee for Service deal, $6 million for 300 prisoners for a year or $20,000 PA per prisoner! Trump can get them back, he's PAYING THE BILLS to keep them there!
